CH&Co at RSA House

RSA House is the home of the charitable organisation known as The Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.

An amalgamation of five original Georgian Townhouses, the RSA has a wealth of history dating back to 1774. Today, we offer an eclectic mix of unique spaces. Averaging 120 event enquiries each week, our conversion rate from site visit to contract is 75%.

2017 was the busiest year in RSA history, generating revenues of over £3.2m. In 2018 we had a partial redevelopment of the building for a period of 9 months, taking total sales down to £2m. This year, we will surpass 2017 results, at £3.5m.

CH&Co at the Royal Society

CH&CO (formerly Harbour & Jones) is celebrating 21 years as the in-house caterer for The Royal Society – the national academy of science in the UK and the Commonwealth dedicated to promoting scientific excellence.

We believe, our Royal Society in-house catering team should be recognised for their employee benefits, sustainable initiatives and opportunities for creative innovation.

The Royal Society team is headed up by General Catering Manager, Mads Lund Neilsen and features Deputy General Catering Manager, Tomas Such; Executive Head Chef, Dave Pigram; Head Chef, Ty Wiseman, plus a small group of talented chefs, floor managers, kitchen porters and general catering assistants, many of which have been with us for between four and 12 years!

With 12 spaces over three floors, a basement kitchen and two lifts, Mads’ team have to be logistical experts to make sure that food is served efficiently and smoothly across the venue.

They combine this seamless service with bespoke creativity for both venue and client briefs, along with an ever-evolving range of ‘excellence’ initiatives, which keeps The Royal Society ahead of the responsible catering curve.


Delaware North

Grounded in a foundation of family ownership for 100 years, Delaware North have earned a reputation as one of the most admired family-owned hospitality companies in the world. Delaware North in 2015 was appointed to manage the catering operations at The London Stadium at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park — including event-day hospitality catering, the general admission food and beverage offer and the marketing and management of non-match-day conferences and functions. Delaware North pride themselves on working in close partnership with their clients to create unforgettable experience for the “I was there” moments.


Food by Dish

Food By Dish (DISH) is one of London’s leading contemporary caterers with an award winning repertoire of venues, menu’s and clients. Dish annually hosts over 250 events, feeding over 140,000 guests, from high-profile weddings to corporate conferences and client meetings.

The team are proud of the food they produce and ensure they always have a thorough knowledge of all ingredients, produce and provenance. The team take pride in knowing where all their food is sourced, how it is farmed, reared, harvested, produced and delivered. The culinary team are passionate about locally sourced fresh produce and supporting UK industry.

Through ensuring the highest quality of food and services Dish at No.4 celebrate a high client retention rate of 75% of repeat bookings.

Dish has established themselves as one of London’s best caterers at a venue, the team work hand-in-hand with their clients to provide creative, innovative and cutting-edge food design and the caterer has become renowned for exceeding expectations and working in partnership with many of London’s most historic and prestigious venues.


Green & Fortune

Launched in 2008, Green & Fortune manages all catering and sales of events spaces at two iconic venues, Kings Place Events and Sea Containers Events.

Kings Place is a hub for conferences and events selling a versatile selection of 11 spaces with capacity to accommodate 400 delegates in a single space. The range of events includes everything from day delegate conference catering to private dining and receptions.

Sea Containers Events houses six event spaces on the South Bank each with stunning views and terraces across the Thames. Since launching in 2017 it has become of London’s top event spaces regularly hosting everything from canape or bowl food receptions and dinners to summer and Christmas parties for up to 600 guests.


Tobacco Dock Food

Tobacco Dock Food is the in house catering team at Tobacco Dock, one of London’s busiest venues delivering an incredibly diverse array of events From conferences to parties, consumer events to product launches, award ceremonies to exhibitions, the events we cater for cover an enormous scope and variety of capacities In 2018 we catered for 171 live days, feeding 120,000 guests and conducted 33 tastings

Whereas many large catering companies have their own distinct identity, in line with the rest of the venue, we at Tobacco Dock Food adapt our offering to the needs of each individual client. We are a chameleon – like in our approach, really taking time to immerse ourselves in clients’ ideas and objectives. While we’re able to work in a whole range of styles, we’d say our signature is in our high quality of delivery, flexibility of offering and high level of customer service.

We’re passionate about good food, cooked well and focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients of the best quality and use fair trade tea and coffee.
